• For scheduled morning and evening cruise tours, seat booking window will open only 15 days in advance.
  • Infants (up-to 2 years of age) will be permitted to board without any charges.
  • For Group/Puja/Party & Meeting reservations can only be confirmed on receipt/deposit of 30% of the total cost. Please contact our sales team for the same. Balance 70% is payable 30 days before the date of booking. Failure to pay in time shall lead to cancellation of booking, with cancellation charges as applicable.   • In the case of no show of guests on the reporting time at UP tourism Jetty (Ayodhya) / Namo Ghat (Varanasi), the management reserves the right to reissue or re allot the seats to customers on the waiting list.
  • Due to marine police restrictions or due to inclement weather or any other unavoidable reasons, jetty for embarkation and disembarkation may be changed at a short notice
  • The vessel will be placed at the jetty half an hour before the time of embarkation & also half an hour of grace time will be provided beyond the schedule time of disembarkation.
  • Consumption of liquor and smoking on vessel is strictly prohibited.
  • All guests /passengers are required to maintain cleanliness at the vessel. No guest(s) will indulge in any unlawful or indecent activity or damage any part of the vessel or its furniture, linen, crockery and cutlery etc.
  • The guests will assist Jalsa Cruise lines in maintaining cleanliness of the river, by not discarding any waste materials into it . The entire zone is a PLASTIC FREE ZONE. All disposal to be done in designated waste bins onboard the cruise during the trip.
  • The passengers will exercise careful control of children, particularly from the point of view of their safety, so that they are not left unaccompanied or lean over the railings. Their safety on board is entirely the responsibility of the guests or their guardians or parents.
  • Wheelchairs for elderly shall be provided on a chargeable basis. Since the facility is limited , prior intimation to the customer care will need to be provided.

Return & Cancellation Charges

  • For Cancellation of or bookings up to 48 Hours from the date of journey, only 75% of the amount will be refunded.
  • For Cancellation of tickets or bookings within 48 Hours from the date of journey, the full amount paid for the tickets shall be forfeited.
  • Rescheduling of date of journey may be allowed, 7 days before the date of journey, at an additional charge of 25% of the ticket or booking price. Rescheduling will be at the sole discretion of Jalsa Cruise lines and subject to availability of seats. The customer care number on the website shall need to be called for rescheduling.
  • While every effort will be made to maintain the itinerary, in view of uncertain river conditions and navigational or mechanical difficulties, all schedules and itineraries are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Clients must accept the decisions of the captain and cruise managers, who are responsible for the safety of the passengers. The cruise managers shall have the power to disembark from the vessel any guests for the safety of co-passengers or who are a cause of nuisance to other guests.
  • The company shall not accept liability for loss or damage to passengers’ property whilst cruising with us.

  • In case of cancellation of cruise service(s), due to reasons beyond the control of the management, the passengers shall be entitled to reschedule their tickets free of cost or alternatively seek refund. No claim or compensation shall be entertained in this regard.
