In case of injury to guest, sickness or in unlikely case of demise, or in the eventuality of guest’s property being lost or damaged, or in case of delay in embarking or disembarking due to unforeseen reasons, Jalsa Cruise lines will not be liable for any damages unless such occurrence was due to the negligence of Jalsa Cruise lines or its willful default. Jalsa Cruise lines also does not bear liability towards any guests, under any circumstances for infliction of injury under emotional stress, mental suffering or psychological challenge which was not:

The result of physical injury to the guest caused by the negligence or fault of a crew member or the manager, agent, master or operator of the vessel;
The result of guest having been at actual risk of physical injury, and such risk was caused by the negligence or fault of a crew member or the manager, agent, master or operator of the vessel; or
Intentionally inflicted by a crew member or the manager, agent, master or operator of the vessel. In no event will Jalsa Cruise lines be liable to the guest, their agents or any one else claiming on their behalf or for either of them, for consequential, incidental, exemplary or punitive damages.
The vessel may be withdrawn at any time due to Govt. requirement or emergencies beyond the control of the ¨Company¨ with or without prior notice. In that case full advance money will be refunded by the ¨Company¨ without any compensation to the ¨User¨.
In all cases of claim our liability in case of injury , death , disability shall not exceed 10 lakhs per passenger.
All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
